Last night at the Seminary, Student Council put on an event that was called Around the World in 80 Minutes.
The event was about food, culture, and praying for each Country.
Nick sort of enlisted me to host a table.
As much as I defend that Canada is in fact a different country, it really is so similar to the USA that I felt a little funny being there, amongst some of the these other countries: Denmark, Taiwan, Uganda, Philippines, etc.
I really thought no one would should up, honestly, but considering my expectations I was surprised by those that came. There was a big Bronco's game on, it was a Sunday evening, and you were asked to bring food. Seminary student's usually show up for Free Food!!
