I heard this explained last night and thought it was cool. I haven't thought about it this way possibly ever, if not in a long time.

When Jesus was beated, flogged, bones broke, in the most horrible death; on a cross, it made His resurrection even more Supernatural.

^{Mark 15: 13-15}
“Crucify him!” they shouted.
“Why? What crime has he committed?” asked Pilate.
But they shouted all the louder, “Crucify him!”
Wanting to satisfy the crowd, Pilate released Barabbas to them. He had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.

Not only did he come back to life, which only He can do, but his bones were healed. Yes, he did still have the holes in his hands from where the nails went through, but I'm pretty sure he didn't look like a zombie.

 Matthew 28:8-10
 So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”

How do I know He didn't look like a zombie?

Matthew 28:16-17Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 

They wouldn't have doubted if He looked like a Zombie.  

Amendment: 
In Isaiah there is a verse that says His Appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any man and his form marred beyond human likeness, that no one recognized him.

Hmmm?
