Thanksgiving Table

My Apple Crisp! - It was the first Dessert Gone!!
Everyone loved it!!!!


We arrived home at midnight Friday night. Saturday morning I helped peal potatoes with dad and went to Bulk Barn with mom to buy supplies for life (ie. Candy) and for spoiling some friends. I bought stuff for our Candy dish - and if you come to our house - you'll be lucky to experience it! The boys went to Harvey's for lunch (a Canadian Hamburger place - yum!) Nick and Michaels 4 friends went to my uncles shooting again this year. Joel said he was awesome at throwing the clay pidgeons, Nick said he did really well, he was proud of him self. This was Michael's first year with his own gun. He bought a WWI - 1916 gun of some kind... the were all really excited. While they were doing that my mom and I went to Gospel Text to visit with my favourite staff members! Then home because people started showing up. Dad missed the actual meal because he was at a wedding rehearsal as the sound man, but the Foster side plus Michael's 4 friends from SAU all enjoyed food and family!

This is a picture of the choir Nick and I sang in for the wedding! We're behind my mom's head!! We sang Oh Happy Day, The Doxology and a song called Given' Him Praise.

Walked down the aisle by her brother Max and her mom!!! She sang to her groom from the back of the church - it was beautiful! He was wiping the tears!!! We had the best view for he whole wedding up in the choir loft!!

Monday was the actual Thanksgiving day, but we took it as a day to actually enjoy each other, to be thankful for family. We got to visit with Steph - who had had the flu the day our family came over, I got to see Jaspreet too!! Now It's back to work 9-9 today thru Thursday, 12-9 on Friday, and 10-7 on Saturday. Nick has headed home to visit with Ross, Randy and his parents! I will miss him lots and lots while he is there....here's to hoping he comes back with a job!!!
