Light candle. Place marshmallow on a skewer/fork. Hold carefully over the flame, turning slowly and constantly. Once lightly brown and soft, smoosh a Ghiradelli Chocolate Square against the warm marshmallow, sandwich between 2 graham crackers. Voila: indoor s'more by candlelight!
