This is a typical morning...

Noah is making a bagel breakfast sandwich. We'll just pretend that order was for a bacon, egg and cheese one. Mike is over at Watery Wanda (the Espresso machine) making a Latte. Chris Gray is behind the tea, just hanging out - he doesn't actually work in the coffee bar but thinks he has special privileges for some reason. There is also one of our girls back at the smoothie station there in the back of the photo.

Mike is the best Barista we have! He's been running the coffee bar for years. He used to work at a Starbucks, but now just makes a lot of coffee at church. The Espresso machine we use is Ancient and demands to be treated with love and respect or else it doesn't work. I am totally getting the hang of it and love pulling shots!

This is where you order and then you go wait over on the other side of the bar.

This picture was taken EARLY in the morning, but by 9am this place is usually packed!

This is part of the room in the picture above. It's more a of quiet, relaxed, family, bible study area.....

This is just Honour System coffee. We have 2 regular's and 1 decaf out every Sunday.

This is something I just started a few weeks ago. I frame verses that go with the theme of the message. 

The big one in the middle stays the same. It is John 6:35 - Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. The blue one says: where 2 or more are gathered, I will be with them. etc. The first week I did it was valentines day so they were all Love themed!

Again - Honour system here... donuts and bagels sit out for people to enjoy!

PART II

Here are some beautiful pictures of our church all decked out for the blizzard. There were some very generous men who shoveled probably for about 7 hours. The snow fell consistently until about 4pm so the work was never done.

It was also communion Sunday since we've been talking about Community. It really was too bad that the snow was soo bad that way over half of the people didn't come to church. It was a great service.

This Easter we're doing a drama to go with the messages... it will be partially acted out, partially still photo type acting.

This motley crew of wanna be disciples/Jesus begged to have their picture taken since I had my camera there anyways.
